I just popped in today at 4:30pm (their closing time) to see if they could help me with my door hinge adjustment as the drivers side door wasnt closing as flush as i would have liked. Not only did the owner come out and inspect it but he also got it fixed in a jiffy! Its just really nice to see friendly and competent service. A great outfit here and i'll be recommending this place!
Very impressed with the whole process. I have to say i was a little concered when i took it in for quote and was told they had never worked on an X Class before, it left me biting my nails but they did an amazing job and so quickly!! Although it took a few weeks for parts, which is understandable as my car is kind of rare, I could not be happier with the end result. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Thank you so much to Kelly and team!
Had a crash early last year and insurance sent it to their preferred repairer. The repair job was poorly conducted (panels not lining up, paint not matching) so after making inquiries with Subaru, I was referred to Duracraft Accident Repair Centre. Dan was happy to inspect my car and pointed out issues I had not even picked up on. The insurer finally allowed Duracraft to re-do the repair (after a dismantle quote) and the finished repair work was perfect.
