Wow! Have just had our car repaired by Duracraft and I have to say it has been flawless. I made the call to a Mercedes dealer and asked who they use or refer their customers to and we ended up at Duracraft. From the initial meeting, through the assessment and appraisal , the approval and the repair and handover, we were impressed by the customer service. Very impressive with out come Customer Experience was awesome They look after my car while I was away working even lelf car park at home , I fly back to perth on Friday night , so I could have car for weekend , make different when companies work with you not against you .... trust at both ends Highly recommend this companies 👌

I just popped in today at 4:30pm (their closing time) to see if they could help me with my door hinge adjustment as the drivers side door wasnt closing as flush as i would have liked. Not only did the owner come out and inspect it but he also got it fixed in a jiffy! Its just really nice to see friendly and competent service. A great outfit here and i'll be recommending this place!
Very impressed with the whole process. I have to say i was a little concered when i took it in for quote and was told they had never worked on an X Class before, it left me biting my nails but they did an amazing job and so quickly!! Although it took a few weeks for parts, which is understandable as my car is kind of rare, I could not be happier with the end result. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Thank you so much to Kelly and team!
