The experience with this real estate firm, specifically Kolleen Kennedy, was extremely unprofessional. A scheduled showing was missed without notice, and my calls were ignored. This is a clear display of disregard for a client's time and a serious lack of professionalism. I would not recommend working with them.
This place is unprofessional I would never recommend. One agent has yet to return my stuff and even locked me out of my house while the broker doesn’t even answer his phone. Jon Wolford signed the listing agreement as the broker. I don’t know how they thought it was funny to change the lock on my place while I was traveling for work even after I gave them access. They even had the gull to bill me for it. If anyone knows how I can file a formal complaint please let me know.
