We recently worked with Katie Stowe on buying a new house and selling our longtime home. She patiently guided us through the entire process, from signing a buyer's agreement to settlement, answering all our questions, visiting open houses, providing advice on how to negotiate the best price, marketing our home for sale, and recommending professionals that assisted us with financing, inspection, and home improvement.
