Ann McClure was wonderful! She was a referral from another agent I trusted and boy was she right. Ann was top shelf with her recommendations on paint colors, staging, pricing strategy and negotiations. Very responsive to us and she knew when to stand her/our ground. In the end, we closed in under 30 days at almost $25K over list price, in what was supposedly a neutral market. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Ann McClure.

We were very pleased with Ann and her team of professionals. She and they were very competent, responsive, and responsible; they gave great advice, answered all questions with high degree of knowledge and confidence, answered questions we did know to ask, and solved issues before they became obstacles.
