It was very easy. I selected McElwee back in April, soon after I received the ticket. My hearing was August 1. The McElwee team notified me a week prior that they may need stuff from me, they didn't, and then I received the outcome. My ticket was reduced to a faulty equipment ticket with no points. I'll definitely use them again.
