Honest, good work and prices! Will continue to recommend! This review has changed since we first started going here. Service is kinda of high now and sometimes it seams as though we are bothering them when we have to have something done. But the job has always gotten done. New update, they have been working hard to get the vehicle fixed with a timeframe that they weren’t sure could be done and fighting with warranty company. Hopefully they keep up the good work.

I’m really disappointed in my most recent treatment from not just McElwain Motors, but from Chevrolet as a whole. Do you want a vehicle that can’t even make it past warranty without breaking down, and then despite the warranty you still get charged? Do you want dealerships that give you the choice of ineffectual, substandard incompetence, or just downright insatiable greed that will squeeze you of every dollar you have? Worse and rudest service department I've come across in year. They have had my father's car for 2 weeks. Service department basically had to phone a friend for help to figure problem. Car still not fixed and they are rude as heck when he has called to check on status. I would never recommend dealership or service department. 🤮
