I’m really disappointed in my most recent treatment from not just McElwain Motors, but from Chevrolet as a whole. Do you want a vehicle that can’t even make it past warranty without breaking down, and then despite the warranty you still get charged? Worse and rudest service department I've come across in year. They have had my father's car for 2 weeks. Service department basically had to phone a friend for help to figure problem. Car still not fixed and they are rude as heck when he has called to check on status. I would never recommend dealership or service department. 🤮
