I’ve called twice the lady is very rude and not helpful. Once about getting oil delivered second time found out the oil tank needed service I can’t use it at the moment until it’s fixed. I’m renting and she told me I had to use the oil company my landlord used which she does not use any specific company the tenants have to find a company. Than I was told my landlord would have to call her which she did and didn’t want to send anyone out I guess they don’t want new customers
they were suppose to be here yesterday to give us oil and we got no calls and nobody showed up. waited all day yesterday for them and nothing.
They always do us right very gracious
I called in an emergency...they are by far an amazing company.. Thank you for your quick response and all your understanding😁😁
