The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and great to deal with. Tiffany is the greatest!
This is what customer service looks like. I approached this shop as a very small fish, in financial terms, for mcelroy. I just needed 2 90 degree bends put into a sheet I already had on hand for an old lady's house flashing. They treated me like I was spending a million dollars and squeezed me in to their busy schedule. This team deserves a raise and all the praise upper management can muster. Unfortunately I get material from this place, but please be aware. The lady at the front counter always seems to have the worse attitude ever. As a customer, definitely not professional.
