need some signage for coils please. also it took two hours for you to begin unloading me and i was in the bay. 10 minutes to unload once started

This morning we needed some screws ASAP for a job that we are currently working on. I emailed over the order and called to make sure they were getting it. We had a guy there at 8 AM. The screws were in stock and our guy was standing right there waiting for them to get it off the shelf, but the lady helping us said she had to get permission from corporate every time she enters an order before she can pull the item off the shelf.
