How do you Raise rent at a senior facility with people that LIVE ON DISABILITY and then tag on late fees?
My experience here at McEachern Village has been good. The staff here are exemplary. I am here from California, and have resided here for 1 1/2 yrs. I call this place home.

I stopped by a couple weeks ago and was impressed right away. I spoke w Ms Kari and Ms Curly both ladies were very helpful and I look forward to being a resident soon.
I walked up as a delivery lady was having a hard time getting in. She spoke very little English and the front office person was extremely rude to her, loudly apologizing to me and another person "I'm sorry about this guys!" "I'm sorry this is taking so long" all the while not even helping her to get in. I eventually stepped in and helped her find the name that was on the package and she got in. The front office could have easily done that for her but was very rude. The delivery lady was getting teary
