One star given because "no stars" was not an option. MCE Services began repairing our Carrier unit/Shipping Container cooler on November 27th, 2023. They performed repairs on three different occasions and as of Dec 29th, 2023 our cooler is still not working. We have paid them $6,143.78. They kept making promises about returning to re-evaluate in January 2024 and have not shown up to complete the repair. I February 5th I requested a refund on the labor. Let’s talk about unprofessionalism they show up with no ladder and used my bar stool to get to the work site, didn’t have batteries for the tool they were gonna use for testing my equipment, asked if I could lend them some batteries. They try to force you to use them for the services. Employee gets the owner on the phone to discuss price after which I told them let me think about it, next thing I know the owner is cussing at me via phone for discussing the job with his employee.
