New patient forms are so infuriatingly difficult that I never even became a patient it literally was not worth the effort to try to look up every minuscule piece of information that they needed when their own signup form couldn't be bothered to remember your name from page to page, then would erase all its data and start you over from scratch. I finally realized that if they put so little care into their new patient experience then the medical care was likely just as sub par.

I have small veins and I dread when I have to give blood for my Labs but Detra has done them for the past couple of times and she is GREAT. Did not hurt and went smoothly. Hope she’s there for a long time.

My wife Mary was told by Dr Kruese that she had a potassium problem and she should drink 8 or more glasses of water per day. It put her in the ICU with a sodium level of of 111. Stroke stage . We moved on from her to stay alive a few more years

I have been for a month trying to get a prior authorization for my ozempic. I have only had someone reach out to me 1 time & that's only because I had to complain really bad. I seem to get nowhere with them. It's not just this time it has really been going on for yrs. Who ever is over the staff really needs to see that they do better.
