I recently had McDowell's install a new leather interior in an F150. I really needed lumbar support in the passenger seat. Matt went above and beyond. We talked about just adding some foam. On install day, Matt special ordered a duel bladder remote lumbar kit to my surprise. Far superior to just foam. The quality of work and attention to detail is 2nd to none. McDowell'S truly goes out of their way to make the customer happy.
Used McDowells to tint windows on an older vehicle. Was able to wait while there. Excellent job, extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
Called and got a quote on a Friday. They got me in on Monday. Car was done in just a couple of hours, and the price was great (below every other place I checked)! This company is top notch. People in the office were friendly and accommodating. My ONLY issue at all is that they didn't explain services very well or offer other options. Most tint places will explain the different levels (tint ratings), offer options, etc. I will definitely be using them in the future.
