I was told by a Winchester VA. repair shop that I had to have my Lower Tie rod ends replaced and both outer ball joints on my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was sent to Jeff because something didn't sound right from this "Inspection Failure" from Winchester VA. Turned out the Jeep only needed Outer Ball joints and BOOTS for the tie rod ends. The price was incredible with McDowell's, in Winchester VA. they wanted over $1400.00 for the repairs. Jeff was highly recommended by long time friends, so I contacted him to discuss the issues. I am not local to him, but after discussing the problems scheduled the repairs. His original budget was very fair and in the end there were a few things he determined were not needed. Being a true professional and unlike many shops today he did not do unnecessary work.
