We were going to Delhi from Cedar Rapids with a trailer hauling a small tractor when we had a tire blow and shred on highway 13 about2 miles from McDowell's. We parked the trailer, unhooked it, and drove up to McDowell's. We told them all we needed was someone to remove the tire from the trailer and put it in our pickup. My husband is handicapped so he could not do it. McDowell's gave us a quote of between $200 and $300. We thought that was ridiculous as it would of taken less than half an hour to do.
