Bowling Green is what is posted , Eastern standard time?? Don’t do business with these people!! I wouldn’t be surprised if the other reviews are falsified. Amy loses paperwork, inconsistent, inconsiderate, no compassion VERY DISRESPECTFUL. She doesn’t want cases that she have to fight for on your behalf. Amy is very unprofessional and rude when answering the phone and handling simplistic business. My paper work was lost and getting new information from them was always a hassle. They make sure you jump through a million hoops before they actually help you! I wouldn’t recommend them to represent my dog if it came to it.
