Was very happy with the personnel, especially John who assisted me with my case. The results were very favorable for me and I am most appreciative of all that the persons did to assist me and keep me informed throughout the ordeal. On a scale of 1-10, McDowell would get a 12. I was in a very stressful time of my life, not knowing what to do or how to act to the pressure of my case. Mcdowell and his staff was there every time I needed them, answering my questions and trying to keep me calm. I had to call the office 6 different times in one day because I forgot to ask questions, each time they were professional and patient with me.
