Driving through the area at the end of the day. Three shops gave me the brush off when I asked if someone was available to at least look at my engine issue. I then found Drew, the owner. Quick phone conversation and he said he’d look at it if I came over right away (it was closing time at the end of the day). Drew went out of his way to help my Dad and I when we were experiencing car issues on the drive from Chicago to New York. He was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and kind. He fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Definitely worth the extra few minutes of driving to find him. Thank you very much Drew!
Nice, honest repair shop. We've had some issues with bad work in the past, but not at McDowell. They'll set you right for a fair price.
Five stars is not enough to rate this business. Very friendly. He even had my car warming up for me when I got there to pick it up. Definitely my new go to place for Auto work.
