I cannot say enough about the amazing service and help from McDowell repair! On 7/8/24 I was driving along I-80 all the way from Colorado when my Jeep began overheating out of nowhere. I've done the drive from NY to CO with the same car about 5 times over the span of ~2 years so something was bound to happen to my 2013 Jeep GC, but was not expecting it when I was only 4.5 hours away from NY. My family was traveling home from a vacation and became stuck in the middle of nowhere(to us) and needed help as soon as possible. We called a dozen places and they answered and got us in immediately! We mentioned we we're from out of town and they put a rush on parts for us. They were as welcoming as could be for someone not expecting a family of 5 and a dog at there shop! They let us stay there for the time it took to fix our car and got us on the road back to home! What a gorgeous service! Incredibly awesome!! I can’t wait to share my experience with you people now.
