The light was on indicating that my alternator was going bad, and I needed the vehicle for something that evening. We called probably 7 or 8 places but no one could do it the same day, then we called McDowell. On my way to the shop my vehicle died completely, and Drew himself came out and rescued me. The customer service was amazing, and my vehicle was back on the road within a few hours, at a very good price. We are so thankful to have found this place!
I cannot say enough about the amazing service and help from McDowell repair! On 7/8/24 I was driving along I-80 all the way from Colorado when my Jeep began overheating out of nowhere. I've done the drive from NY to CO with the same car about 5 times over the span of ~2 years so something was bound to happen to my 2013 Jeep GC, but was not expecting it when I was only 4.5 hours away from NY. My family was traveling home from a vacation and became stuck in the middle of nowhere(to us) and needed help as soon as possible. We called a dozen places and they answered and got us in immediately! We mentioned we we're from out of town and they put a rush on parts for us. They were as welcoming as could be for someone not expecting a family of 5 and a dog at there shop! They let us stay there for the time it took to fix our car and got us on the road back to home!
