Genuinely don’t waste your time. I went in specifically for a urine test, they didn’t take one and reported to me that my supposed test came back normal. Then it took me 3 days to get ahold of someone and explain, never got a call back, had to call again. Had to go back in to give a sample. Couldn’t get my results because no one told me how, come to find out I couldn’t get into my portal cause they couldn’t even spell my name correctly after I put it on how many forms. No idea what is going on with this place. Usually have great service but they have been ghosting me all week and won’t refill my recurring prescription for a month until my next yearly. I’ve called, left messages and even requested through their client portal. I think it’s really messed up to let someone run out of a prescription and I now have to find a new Ob-Gyn just to get a one month prescription filled. Really disappointed and will not be going back!

I’ve been so impressed with this practice. They really pay attention, spend time with you, and patiently explain options to you. I go for my annual as well as ad hoc visits for suspected yeast infections, etc. and they are always able to get me an appt relatively quickly. They are also responsive via portal in posting lab results, etc. I highly recommend the clinic and I’ve seen most of the providers!

Dr. Casey at McDowell Mountain Gynecology is the best gynecologist I’ve ever had. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really listen. The office is clean, professional, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert women’s health care.
