The best thing we did was walk away from moving forward with McDowell Mountain Builders. Steve was terrific to work with but he brought on his project manager, Tara, things went south quickly. It was clear to us the moment that she was looped in, we would never get answers to our questions, we only met with her 2 maybe 3 times but both times were a pain to try and get simple, basic questions answered.
