i had an old pool pump that stopped working on high speed, and the heater needed fixing too. ross was very quick to help, explained how to run the pump on low speed so the filter could still clean the pool a bit, and got all the parts and repairs done fast. in just a week, everything was working again and we could use our pool and spa. highly recommended!
I have used several pool cleaning companies in the past, but most were just average or not very good. Mcdowell LLC has been amazing right from the beginning. They always keep me updated about the cleaning schedule, the chemicals they use, and any equipment checks. This is my first time having a pool, so I decided to get some help with regular cleaning and maintenance since I didn't know much. I am so happy with the service from Mcdowell LLC. Matthew was on time, very patient, and explained everything clearly about how to keep the pool clean and running well. We’ve now set up weekly visits to take care of our pool maintenance in Riviera Beach.
mcdowell llc responded fast and set up my pool cleaning service for the very next day. even though the price was a bit higher than another quote, i felt much more comfortable choosing them. brendan called to let me know a part was out of stock, but it only delayed things by a day. he finished the pool repair and made sure all my questions were answered until my pool was sparkling clean again.
Ross came out to our house in Riviera Beach and was very helpful! Even though we had some unexpected yard work happening at the same time, it didn’t bother him at all. He finished the pool diagnostics and replaced the part needed to get our pool working again. Ross also answered all our pool maintenance questions kindly and without hesitation.
