I had a septic issue on a Saturday afternoon. John not only answered the phone, he stayed on the line with me to try to troubleshoot the problem. John was able to come to the house and fix my issue that same day! I am so grateful that he is honest, kind, affordable and extremely knowledgeable. I will be using McDowell Septic from now on and would highly recommend them.
What a mess I had when our septic tank backed up into our two bathrooms. I’m doing laundry and cleaning house and my husband was scheduled to have surgery Monday morning and I need to get this taken care of. I called every company listed in the phonebook and listed on the internet.
