I called John on Thursday morning. He called me back a few hours later. He told me he could be out between 10 and 11 on Friday morning. He showed up shortly before 10am and assessed the situation . Pumped out my septic tank diagnosed if there may be other issues. He saw a few minor issues and asked if I'd like him to fix them or if I'd like to take care of them myself since they were minor as not to have to charge me for something I really could take care of myself. McDowell full service septic is the best ever! He was able to help us out with an emergency when our septic decided to give us a problem on a Saturday afternoon. Responded so quick and got us up and running in no time ! Cannot thank them enough for their prompt service ! We will definitely be using them again if we ever have an issue!
