I had a septic issue on a Saturday afternoon. John not only answered the phone, he stayed on the line with me to try to troubleshoot the problem. John was able to come to the house and fix my issue that same day! I am so grateful that he is honest, kind, affordable and extremely knowledgeable. I will be using McDowell Septic from now on and would highly recommend them.

What a mess I had when our septic tank backed up into our two bathrooms. I’m doing laundry and cleaning house and my husband was scheduled to have surgery Monday morning and I need to get this taken care of. I called every company listed in the phonebook and listed on the internet. Even tho they listed they worked on the weekend all but one said they couldn’t help and the one company that said they would come, their crew called and said they weren’t coming and I needed to call the office and make another appointment. I called John on Thursday morning. He called me back a few hours later. He told me he could be out between 10 and 11 on Friday morning. He showed up shortly before 10am and assessed the situation . Pumped out my septic tank diagnosed if there may be other issues. He saw a few minor issues and asked if I'd like him to fix them or if I'd like to take care of them myself since they were minor as not to have to charge me for something I really could take care of myself.
