Over the years ago they have installed an entirely new HVAC system in a condominium that was purchased. Based on their recommendation we also had them intsall a water card condensate monitoring system that would shut off the AC unit if the condensate water ever began to overflow. we did this because of the serious water damage that the prior owner experienced due to a condensate water leak from a clogged discharge line.
