We had a serious drainage issue in my basement in niagara after heavy rain and reached out to McDowell Drain for that. Their team was extremely professional. They inspected the problem carefully and explained exactly what was causing the drainage backup before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and they left the area clean afterward. I had a plumbing emergency that was out of the scope of what Stuart normally deals with but he came over anyway as a gesture of kindness for someone he had never met. He did what he could and gave what proved to be a 100 % accurate diagnosis. He provided a number of someone who had it fixed within 24 hours. McDowell drain did sewer line replacement for our house in Niagara. They did it with minimal digging which saved our yard from being torn up. The price was very reasonable. Stu who is the owner of the company is so knowledgeable and experienced. Explained the whole situation to us and did amazing work.
