Adam was a huge help with being able to respond to an urgent repair request at one of my rental properties. He was able to satisfy all of the tenants concerns and even did the work on a Sunday to accommodate the time line. We recently had our bathroom gutted and remodeled by Adam. McDowell Construction is one man, and he is a very nice and personable guy. The bathroom ended up LOOKING great. Unfortunately, that's end of the positives we took away from this experience. After the bathroom was "finished", the shower door leaked terribly and more importantly so did several parts of the tub drain. We called Adam and he came the next day to attempt to fix these issues.
