I am so thrilled with McDowell Auto Parts. I called them in a panic this morning, as my van started having issues last night and we are scheduled to leave for vacation first thing tomorrow morning. Not only that, but the Honda Dealership had given me an alignment two days prior and did such a poor job that my car was veering to the right every time I drove. They changed an o2 sensor on my f150 for me and did a great job. Fair price for today’s prices. Got me in decently quick too. Highly recommend.
I’ve been a regular at Mcdowells for years now. They know exactly what’s going on with your vehicle when you have proper knowledge on what’s going on. If you go in there telling them “my tire sounds funny” then they will tell you what it most likely is and they’ll fix the problem even if it wasn’t part of their educated guess because cars are very weird that way.
