Vanessa is a very mean, condescending person and an incompetent nurse practitioner. She is very rude and has terrible bedside manner. She wasted my time as my doctor and and she never helped me. She never treated me with any compassion or understanding. She went out of her way to make snide backhanded comments that were meant to make me feel bad.
