We were in a bind with out current home insurance company basically not responding and ghosting us when we were in the middle of purchasing a new home. I reached out to Joe at McDougall and he was responsive and very willing to help. He even cautioned us about the possibility of a penalty to cancel our current insurance. I had to go back to him the day of our signing and ask him to make magic happen to get us home insurance...he did! Joseph Broadstreet is a life saver and we are truly grateful for his help!
