This week I had too change 4 of my policy at the last minutes. Laura from Brighton location provide me professional and fast quote on my policy and making sure I was understanding the new policy. I have been with them for 12 years. Every year I get passed to a new employee. I have Cheddar in my feidge longer than I have had a McDougall representative. Last year renewal was challenging. I had to renew with an anonymous employee. I only hope she was in Canada. This year, 2026, it is absolutely rediculouse. My home, and auto insurance renewal is in 3 days, and I can't get them to respond in a remotely timely manner - I have left It too long to switch... and I suspect they know it.
