It’s wonderful to be able to call and talk to a person and professional ASAP when needed and not be in the “q” from a call centre. Small town personal tough is what is needed in this day and age and not be classified just as a number.
This is the worst insurance company, I have dealt with in my life time. My calls are seldom returned, I have been trying to get an inspector's report for 4 months now about water in my basement in the spring. I still have the 3 blowers that were brought in over 4 months ago to dry my basement and no one is proactive to get these big blowers out of my house! Very disappointed with the staff.
