Exceptional service professional and tentative
Absolute horrible service. I requested an insurance policy quote on their Barry’s Bay website for home insurance well over a week ago. I never heard back. I made a second request again online for a quote three days ago and also heard nothing. No response. I then telephoned their Barry’s Bay office to follow-up and inquire why I haven’t heard back. After being disconnected, I immediately called back and the receptionist said the request for a quote is sent to Belleville, and “whoever decides” to pick up the quote request ther... read more
