We had McDougall set us up with a new tank & installation. From the get go - Andrew Tessier & the McDougall team were top notch professional. They worked hard & got us set up in a very timely manner. Everything was seemless & efficiently done, all questions answered & the communication lines were open at all times, even if it was after hrs or the weekend. We would 100% recommend McDougall. We just moved off grid up North and are figuring things out. There was a pre existing tank on the property used as back up heat source. Andrew was very helpful in explaining the service, fees and on call deliveries! We are happy to be customers with McDougall Energy.

Despite being the busiest they ever been, and working on a transition, the team at Mcdougall/Nasco kept in communication on my install and did everything the could to squeeze in our tank installation. The two guys who installed the units were phenomenal, kind, punctual, and very knowledgeable, these guys are top notch. They kept the installation very clean and tidy too despite being the dead of winter. On top of that the billing has been transparent and easy to understand.
