Despite being the busiest they ever been, and working on a transition, the team at Mcdougall/Nasco kept in communication on my install and did everything the could to squeeze in our tank installation. The two guys who installed the units were phenomenal, kind, punctual, and very knowledgeable, these guys are top notch. They kept the installation very clean and tidy too despite being the dead of winter. On top of that the billing has been transparent and easy to understand. After 20 years with these guys I was amazed that their service has declined to the level of leaving two senior citizens to run out of oil in -20 degree weather for two weeks my father has been calling in to get old delivered to be told guaranteed by the end of last week they would be there. No one showed up today they are on the last few drops literally and they phone back and were told nothing they can do until the furnace runs out and stops because it is a weekend.
