Two times now I have phoned in a propane order and two times I’ve had to phone back 10-14 days later to find out what’s up. Today my propane is registering 0 ffs. Had to call the answering service today. Not a happy client. Good thing I have wood heat back up ffs. 🤬
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call up 3 times every time to get a fill. One time was put on hold and then they went home. Cancel service and then they charge me to pick up tank when I would not have cancelled if the service was good.
Bought some grease in pails and tubes, they where fairly good to me and decently priced. Thanks Howie
Much better deal than Superior propane. And I'm changing McDougal here I come
