Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call up 3 times every time to get a fill. One time was put on hold and then they went home. Cancel service and then they charge me to pick up tank when I would not have cancelled if the service was good.
Bought some grease in pails and tubes, they where fairly good to me and decently priced. Thanks Howie
Much better deal than Superior propane. And I'm changing McDougal here I come
The worst customer service ever, keeps saying it takes 5-7 business days for delivery but every time I wait over 2 weeks for them to fill up my tanks and they let us run out of propane and then are rude when I call and ask when they will be coming and keep saying 5-7 business days even though it’s been well past that!! Will definitely be switching after this winter
This company is absolutely horrible they will leave you without heat for days they have no integrity and no compassion there prices something they don't like to disclose until you get an huge bill.I do not recommend this company to anyone I hope they go out of business to save other from there extremely awful service.
