They use an answering service in order to pretend that they have opening hours, but the office never calls you back. I ordered fuel 11 days ago, ran out of fuel 4 days ago and have had no heating in -20C since then. I've called 4 times in 2 days since I first ran out, but have yet to receive a call back. The WORST company to deal with when it comes to having your house heated and operated with propane. HORRIBLE customer service, will not return phone calls, will not allow you to express your concerns and talks down to you when speaking with them like your stupid.
