The ladies in Burford were very kind and tried to accommodate as much as possible. The main office however has been impossible to deal with, they’ve kept money they asked for a prepayment now for 2 weeks will not give it back to me They sent an inspector out who…. Failed the inspection on the tanks they installed! Would have given 0 stars if it was an option. Lady sitting on reception has 0 knowledge about business and has 0 sense of speaking. I’m not able to refill my tank even though i’m on automatic deliveries. Whenever i call them they say someone is gonna call back and when i call them the next day to get an update. They say the same thing again, “ someone will call you back”.
