This is an extremely unprofessional company that doesn’t return phone calls and seems to hire morons to drive their trucks. I’ve called many times about the driving habits of their drivers but nothing gets done about it. They are dangerous!

Being retired, we chose McDougall for the payment plan offered. They were thorough in that a safety check was done first, followed by a maintenance/cleaning. Their representative, Brad, carried out these matters. Polite and easy to speak with, all questions were answered such that they were easy to understand. Had a look after the cleaning & parts, it looked like a brand new unit was installed, most impressive.
