One of worst lying people i ever seen dishonest people like them and never ever trust them anymore. Because they don't care about your business or interruption of your business, no responsibility. Being retired, we chose McDougall for the payment plan offered. They were thorough in that a safety check was done first, followed by a maintenance/cleaning. Their representative, Brad, carried out these matters. Polite and easy to speak with, all questions were answered such that they were easy to understand. Had a look after the cleaning & parts, it looked like a brand new unit was installed, most impressive. Needed propane fast. They agreed to next day. All I had was cash on me. I asked for COD. They said they usually don't do COD but would this time. I left 500 with my son. He called me when they arrived. He called me when they had left and confirmed he had paid. I asked if they gave him anything he said no. Months later I get a call saying they haven't received payment. These calls have been going back and forth for months now.
