Great service from McDougalls. Van broke down on the road yesterday afternoon, called my breakdown cover who got the van going again with a bump start but advised me to contact a garage as they suspected my starter motor needed replaced. I called McDougalls who told me to bring the van right round. After a quick inspection to check for a few other things they confirmed the starter motor was needing replaced. Took my car in for a coil replacement and a check-up. Excellent service from start to finish. Had some poor experiences with one of the bigger name companies (rhymes with Shmalfords), so this was a real step up. Appreciated getting an honest assessment of the car's condition, a very fair price and it was a really quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend!
