I was referred to Dr. McDougal and I normally do not go anywhere without checking the reviews. However, I had an emergency and didn't have time. From the appointment setting to the moment I left the office, I received 5 star treatment. The staff and Dr. McDougal were absolutely EXCELLENT! The office was clean, the doctor used protection on the equipment after each use which I can appreciate because some doctors will use new gloves but if you're touching equipment over and over after several clients, the gloves will still be ... read more
The Very Best care in Durham.
What an amazing experience! From scheduling, to checking in, to seeing the doctor. The whole team is awesome. Dr. McDougal was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, extremely kind. He took his time with his exam and seemed to genuinely care about my concern. If you go here, you're in good hands. Highly recommend. 😊
The staff there are not professional. They make the insurance processing confusing. Seems they're trying to over-change unnecessarily.
