I went in a few weeks ago needing a root canal and feeling very fearful of the process as I’d never had one before and have had awful experiences with painful dental work in the past. I was referred to Dr. McDougal and I normally do not go anywhere without checking the reviews. However, I had an emergency and didn't have time. From the appointment setting to the moment I left the office, I received 5 star treatment. The staff and Dr. McDougal were absolutely EXCELLENT! The office was clean, the doctor used protection on the equipment after each use which I can appreciate because some doctors will use new gloves but if you're touching equipment over and over after several clients, the gloves will still be ... read more
