Walking into this office was so peaceful! The staff is AMAZING! They are so welcoming and patient. Dr. McDougal makes sure to talk you through every step of the process! The environment is so inviting!! I will recommend this location to any and everyone! Such a beautiful staff! Thank you all so much for taking care of me and treating me so kindly.
All I can say is "stay off the internet!" Cause what you read is nothing like the experience with Dr McDougal! From the initial consultation to the final process of my root canal, I was just relieved and comforted by his thorough explanation of the treatment and process needed, kind and reassuring demeanor and professionalism and Ohhhh, the music! He even caters to your musical vibe of the day!! He definitely delivered!
This is only as it relates to billing. Dr. McDougal is excellent.. However, the people handling the billing are bad reflection of his services. IF you go to this doctor be sure to request a cost estimate, call your insurance company and confirm what they told you is accurate. His billing team will give one amount AFTER treatment then come back and say you owe more months later. Then threaten to send you to collections for THEIR miscalculations. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...
