I live in a rental property, and they have provided service at my home on several occasions. Most recently, my AC went out around 4:00 PM, I contacted them directly, and they arrived within an hour—even before receiving the official service request from the rental company. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication to providing prompt service are truly appreciated in this heat as someone with health issues and doesn’t do well in heat! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!
I have used McDougal Air Repair for over a decade for personal and rental properties. The owner is the absolute impossible combination of reasonable, competent, honest, responsive, and agreeable. This is one of the best local business in NWA.
I have used McDougal services for years now! They are locally owned! Austin is honest and offers the highest quality repair at a fair price! He truly cares and I use him for my families personal hvac needs and for all of the properties that I manage!
Austin is awesome!! Im visiting my SIL who's has 3 sons and her AC was out in mid summer. Austin came out on a hot Sunday and got her fixed up in no time. His rate was extremely affordable. I would absolutely recommend his business for all HVAC issues! Thanks Austin!
