9/18/2018 had an alignment told everything ok. Vehicle drove worse, came back after returning from vacation with grandchildren rtnd to McDonough Tire 10/3/2018 had another alignment. Told need tires and gear box. It drove worse within minutes of leaving. Come to find out it needed ball joints . The wheel could have run off when it broke and we could have been injured. When I called they were rude and obnoxious. Filed comp better business bureau. Paid for two alignments they could not have done with bad joints. If you value y... read more
Had very good service with McDonough Tire. I will DEFINATLEY be back. I was using Alpha Tire and they told me that I needed about $1,000 worth of repairs on a 2006 Honda Accord. So I took it to McDonough Tire and they did front brakes for less that $150. I will always be back to them, and will refer all my friends to them. DO NOT use Alpha Tire! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
