Ive been shopping around for an upgrade annd came to the right place! Riccardo greeted me and from there began the exciting process of trading in my Elantra for a new Tuscan! I recently had the opportunity to purchase my 2013 Lexus from salesman Riccardo and I have to say he was a huge help. He was forthright while answering my questions & made sure I selected the car that best suited me.
Saw this vehicle online and expressed an interest. Sales person texted and called me almost immediately. I stated that I didn't live in the area but would be there later this week. Very insisted that I come that day or the next, I did so; even giving the sales person of ETA. Upon arrival, my sales person was unavailable. I waited 10 minutes, attempted to leave, waited another 10 minutes and the car was shown to me dirty and not ready for a test drive.
