The Staff was amazing and customer service was great. I was so nervous and scared to get my root canal clean that had an abscess on the gum. Dr. Desir and staff made me very comfortable and explain to me the procedure there was minimal pain however the procedure did take about an hour and a half everything went smooth. A few days later I received a call from the office following up to see how I was feeling which was good for me that show they cared. They are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. No other way to say it. I'd been dealing with a tooth that needed a root canal for over a month. I was referred by my dentist to an endodontist that was out of my insurance network. I found McDonough Endodontic Center on my own and boy am I glad I did!! They got me in for a consultation and a root canal pronto. I was totally impressed from start to finish - very genuine and caring people in this practice. I highly recommend them.
