I’ve been going to this dentist family for over 5 years at both locations. I recently tried this location after hearing how this location is better from family and friends. However, I experienced the same problems of constant R/S due to no hygienist available, even had a procedure canceled after the deposit was made because they advised cleaning before a procedure which I later found out to not be true. The worst dental office I’ve ever been to in 50 years made three appointments. All three got canceled while I was standing in the office at the time I was supposed to be there not before but while I was standing there, if you want a good dentist don’t go here. It really needs to be zero stars.

Although the staff is friendly and quick, they do not do a great job with dental work. Something is always off when i've gotten cleanings, cavity fills. Im not sure if they're rushing or just outright lack integrity but I do not recommend them. Its only about the money with them!

I genuinely enjoyed coming to this office—especially as someone who generally dislikes going to the dentist and has dealt with a lot of dental issues over the years. The staff has always been kind, and I’ve appreciated that. That said, I’ve had two back-to-back experiences recently that ultimately led me to transfer my care elsewhere. For my annual cleaning, which I had waited three months for, I was brought in for X-rays and then told that the dentist had a family emergency and had to leave. Please see the review from Mr. Booker below—my experience was nearly identical. I’ve consistently visited the dentist every six months for years without any issues until I moved here and visited this office. I take excellent care of my teeth and have never had concerns until now. During my visit, they recommended an unnecessary deep cleaning spread over multiple appointments and suggested replacing a crown that has never caused me any problems.
