If I could rate a 0 I would. It is always something money related with them. I come every six months for cleaning nothing major. And for a service that is covered by my insurance. They always have to write something off because my insurance didn’t pay something due to their coding or they provided a service before its timing. It is sad that you have to check their coding and if it is time of X-rays before going. I held my child out of school for a cleaning that they would not due because of a balance, I should not have. McDonough Dental Studio has been a great pleasure each appointment. The staff is amazing. Everyone is nice and personable. Office space is clean and very well kept. 10/10
