one star is too many for this office, I gave them a second chance and they blew it. I had a 10:30 apt. and when I got there, about 15 min. early I singed in and after sitting down for about 10 min. the lady called me back up and said we don't have an apt. for you. I gave her my apt. card that was given to me from my previous apt. The card had my apt. time and date, which was the I singed in.
