Chris was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire rental process. He was responsive when I called and even waited a little later at the open house as I was running late. He was so great at communicating how the process worked and gave me updates during every step of the process as well. Would certainly recommend him!

Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. Great communication skills and very personable. He was always there when I needed assistance and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. I'm very appreciative of what he has done for me.
Chris was phenomenal from start to finish with the sale of my townhouse. He listened to my concerns and his advice was always thoughtful and honest. I needed to have some items fixed prior to the sale and he provided excellent referrals which helped me get the work done timely. He was very fast in going to the places I found, but the apartment I rented after his professional recommendation was a disaster. All he cared about once the showing was over was to receive his check. I wish he would have been as tenacious with protecting his client as he was getting paid.
