Moved our 95 year old mother to retirement home during heat wave. The maintenance person was on holidays and the home’s rules are a general contractor must install air conditioners, not families. We are very pleased with the work of Tim McDonnell and his team. Removing a substantial fireplace and hearth, collaborating with the installer to frame the new unit, refinishing the new wall, and blending in additional wood to extend the exising hardwood floor to the new baseboard. All completed to a high standard and achieving an excellent overall result.
