This location started out great for the neighborhood but there is a young girl that works at this location and she is VERY rude and cocky every time. Worst customer service experience from any McDonalds I have been too. Manager did nothing to fix this issue which means the customer experience doesn’t matter to them. They also never answer their phone. I will never come back!
Got married, had a child, that child graduated high school all before I got through the drive through line. Literally 30 mins trapped in line and still sitting at the order speaker. Update: 35 mins in the drive through I got to the window and they asked me to pull to a parking spot to wait since my order wasn’t ready….
