Took over 40 minutes to receive my drive thru order. Was asked to park in mobile order spot. Then my large fries were half full. Very disappointed in their service !!
We understand they need to close early due to weather, but they put a sign on the drive thru window instead of by the order taking spot, one car in front of us waited 15 minutes, then pulled forward, we thought they were just busy, so we waited 15 minutes too, and decided pulling forward then we see the sign on the window. When we left there were another 7 cars stuck there. It’s just stupid.
Honestly, the service is TERRIBLE. I don't understand how a McDonald's drive-thru can be so slow!! We waited for about 10 nuggets and a medium order of fries for more than 20 minutes, and there wasn't a single car in front of us! This isn't the first time this has happened. Once, I ordered for pickup and received a message that my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up, I waited more than 15 minutes. Overall, this location has been doing a great job. While there were a few mix-ups during the early months after opening, things have improved, and those felt like normal growing pains. What really stands out is the staff. Every time I’ve visited, the employees have been friendly, patient, and kind. Recently, I was in a rush and struggling to get the app to work due to poor service in the area, and the drive-thru employee was incredibly patient and understanding.
