Holy smokes, probably the worst visit I've ever had to a McDonald's in my life. These individuals treated me like a 2nd class citizen, even after proving my order was incomplete. I sat in waiting for over 45 minutes, and when the worker came out they were talking to a customer on their headset and talking wildly and inappropriately to the their co-works...i wont repeat what they said due to the fact it could make a sailor blush. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would, after ordering online to make it easier to get my kids fed after working all day turned out it wasn't easier. Pulled up put my parking spot number in and waited about 30 minutes for a worker to come out with my order talking unprofessionaly to coworkers over the headset loud enough for my young kids in the back seat to hear. Order was entirely wrong, half the food forgotten, phone number wasn't correct either. We went back and were told they couldn't help us. Absolutely a bummer, won't be returning and the rudeness at drive through was unacceptable entirely. Nothing like being told they did it right when you have proof otherwise....
I can't believe that this McDonald's establishment covers their power outlets so customers can't use their power. The one in Fallon, NV has charging stations for people to use. But not in the fancy one in Carson.
