They took care of me while I was there. The customer service rep was patient and the building was clean and ready to move in.
Moving to Jasper and rented a unit. Everything was fine. Week later when I showed up with a load to store I found McDonald’s combination lock on my unit door which no one told me about. So today I paid $300 to load my stuff, drive it down the street, then come put it right back. Thanks a lot McDonald’s.
McDonald's Self Storage saved the day! We are buying a house in the area but we're not from here and due to delays in signing We needed to store our belongings at the last minute for a short time but no one was even answering at other places. I called McDonald's and the nicest lady answered the phone right away and was very helpful in getting us set up same day! Thank you so much!
