McDonald’s please do better. You guys need to higher staff and employees that actually wanna do their job when I simply ask for my sauces to be one sweet-and-sour and ketchup and all I get is sweet-and-sour sauce or when I ask for an extra item on a certain order, it never gets fulfilled. It’s like these people hate their jobs and hate their life and it makes the experience truly trash.
My son went to buy us lunch and ordered mea 10 piece nugget. When he got home he found that I was given only one sauce for a 10 piece nugget. This is my second time having a problem with this McDonald's. They are not worth $20.00 an hour. Hopefully corporate contacts me again. Other issue is when I'm in the drive thru they never have the total up on the screen nor do they tell me over the speaker how much the total is. I was waiting In line and was asking Lorena to come and help us out she keep telling us to wait with a bad tone of voice and made us wait for 8 minutes just to take our order
