This knowledgeable and trusted jeweler and jewelry store is highly recommended and well worth the drive if you're coming from outside of Marin like I do. I've been bringing my diamond band here for years now for replacement, tightening and cleaning and have always been happy with their personalized & accommodating service and attention to detail. Very disappointed. Mike was helpful but whoever the jeweler is that fixed the items was awful. I brought my engagement ring in for a small diamond replacement after it had fallen out, and in the process they “chipped another diamond and did not notice”. I believe that they took one of my diamonds and replaced it with a lower quality one. It was yellow compared to all the rest. Luckily they told me they’d fix it for free, but it fell out a week later. When I brought it to a new jeweler they told me the diamond they replaced i... read more

On accident I walked in and found an amazing piece of jewelry at a pricei liked and very friendly knowledgeable with a great sense of humor owner Mike made me have a wonderful customer experience, it will be my place to go for sure to buy, take care and repair my jewelry. The store is a history itself, I definitely recommend to check this special place!
