This man destroyed my bridal set. I've been so heartbroken about it I couldn't even post a review until now. Brought it in for a routine white gold dip and slight resize. It was returned to me with pave diamonds popped out and replaced with something else, small gold chunks badly soldered on to cover mistakes, and something gray and not rhodium *sprayed* all over the rose gold sections and some diamonds. I came in today with a necklace that came broken and the company wanted $30 just to exchange it so I brought it in to Mcdonald’s and he fixed it super quick and easy highly recommend

This knowledgeable and trusted jeweler and jewelry store is highly recommended and well worth the drive if you're coming from outside of Marin like I do. I've been bringing my diamond band here for years now for replacement, tightening and cleaning and have always been happy with their personalized & accommodating service and attention to detail. The store visuals are outstanding as well with dazzling merchandise and walls decorated with some lovely photography by the owner Michael, which I found to be a nice personal touch.... read more

Very disappointed. Mike was helpful but whoever the jeweler is that fixed the items was awful. I brought my engagement ring in for a small diamond replacement after it had fallen out, and in the process they “chipped another diamond and did not notice”. I believe that they took one of my diamonds and replaced it with a lower quality one. It was yellow compared to all the rest. Luckily they told me they’d fix it for free, but it fell out a week later. When I brought it to a new jeweler they told me the diamond they replaced i... read more
