It is no longer Macdonalds, the customer service has gone down hill, the remodeling on alot of Macdonalds or horrible, the happy family outing to Macdonald is no more, it is their way or screw you nowadays. Prices are ridiculous and that was the reason people took their kids in the older years to Macdonald, good prices and kids could have fun outside on the playgrounds and all as a family. I used to love an egg mcmuffin breakfast meal and the Quarter pounder....not anymore, they are cutting cost on ingredients somewhere...the food just doesn't taste as good as it did just a year ago, seems they have put more sweetener in everything..I like savory food, not sweet burgers and Egg McMuffins....Culver's gets my buisness now...fresh, real food, and no fillers or artificial flavorings.

On Jan 18 2024, 0720, McDonalds on Balboa and north mesa, I was humiliated by the manager because of my military disabilities, not once but 3 times. I asked for a fork she acted like she did not know what I was asking for. I told her I had disabilities and told her of she did not understand to bear with me . Told her in English and Spanish.
